The First Allied Travel Insurance Plan is run and administered by First Allied Limited, an insurance intermediary authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to transact general insurance business.  We offer travel insurance products from a limited number of insurers, the names of which are available on request.

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us with regard to this insurance. We will ask you questions in order to provide you with a quotation, but you will need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

This web site and the insurance products and services offered within are intended for your personal use only.

The information contained in this website is not intended to be an offer to sell a plan nor is it a solicitation by First Allied Limited in any jurisdiction outside of the countries in which it is licensed or where such an action would be unlawful or in which First Allied Limited is not qualified to do so. The plan is not available for purchase in countries where the policy holder is not legally permitted to purchase or be covered by such a plan and so it may not be available in all situations or jurisdictions.

When insurance coverage does apply the benefits will only become applicable between the date of departure from your usual country of residence and the date of departure from your chosen destination. Your Right To Cancel

Cancelling your Travel Insurance Policy

Your right to withdraw (Annual Policies and Single Trip Policies greater than 30 days) - "Cooling-off period"

If you purchase annual travel insurance or a single trip policy greater than 30 days from us, you have a fourteen-day cooling off period during which you can change your mind and withdraw from the contract on condition that you have not already travelled during that period. If you decide to cancel your policy during this period, the insurer may make a proportionate charge for your travel insurance. As long as you have not made any claims, any other money you may have paid us will then be refunded.

Your right to withdraw (Single Trip Travel Insurance Policies)

If you purchase a single trip insurance policy that lasts for thirty days or less you have no right to withdraw from the insurance contract.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. In relation to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Business both parties agree to irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
